In what currencies can I pay ?: You can pay for your app in USD, EUR and GBP. The pricing on the website is only in USD.
Are the prices inclusive of tax?: No, all the prices mentioned here are exclusive of tax. When you pay for your plan, our system will calculate the tax which applies to you.
How does the free trial work?: Our free trial lets you explore any paid plan. You can start a free trial on any of our paid plans to test drive all the features. After your free trial ends, your paid subscription to your selected plan will automatically start unless you cancel before your trial ends.
Are there additional costs for building my App?: Both the Apple App Store and the Google Play store will charge you to create your own developer account to be able to publish apps in the app stores.
⁠Google Play Developer license has a US$25 one-time registration fee and the Apple App Store developer costs $99 per year.
What happens when I reach the limits of my subscription?: Whenever you run into a usage limit in your app, your app users won’t see the impact. For example when you exceed the amount of rows because your app users are adding data via a form, it will still be possible for them to add their information. We will show you in the AppMachine App builder that you have reached a limit and you will receive an email from us. To be able to access the excess data or send additional push notifications you will have to upgrade in the AppMachine App Builder. Immediately after the upgrade you will have access to all the features.
Where can I see my current usage?: In your apps dashboard you can find your usage in the ‘Plan & Usage’ screen.The amount of Published apps, team members, push notifications sent, active user accounts and data updates will be shown per month.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?: When you cancel your subscription or your subscription ends because you have not set it to Auto renew, your published app won’t show any information anymore. Your app users will see a message that something is wrong with your app.
⁠We will not delete your app or your app’s content, so you can reactivate your app by paying your subscription fee again.
Can I cancel my account at any time?: Yes. If you ever decide that Appmachine isn’t the best platform for you, you can cancel your account yourself in the AppMachine App builder.
Does AppMachine offer agency pricing?: Our Agency plans are designed specifically for agencies that are building apps for multiple clients. These plans also include multiple team members to work on your apps.
What is the Remove branding option?: You can white label your app by removing the AppMachine branding from the entire app when you buy the Remove branding option. This way your app users won't see that you are using AppMachine to have such a great app.
How do I upgrade from one plan to the other?: You can upgrade yourself from the Plan & Usage screen. You can see your current plan and your monthly limits. You can upgrade with the upgrade button. You can upgrade at any time during your billing cycle and our payments processor will take care of the billing. You will not be double charged, and will only pay proportionate to your usage on your next invoice.
What are Allowed app actions and active app users?: Allowed app actions are the amounts of updates per row and Zapier actions which are part of your subscription per month. Active app users are the number of unique users that logged in to your app per month and have been active in that month.
How can I pay?: You can pay for you app subscription with any type of credit card, Apple Pay and we also offer the most used payment methods per country.
